Results & Conclusions: The finding of the study suggest that in every age considered for the study group, the population of respondent showing satisfaction to treatment services offered by the hospital is higher as compared to the population showing dissatisfaction. Similarly, it was observed that majority of both the female and male respondents are satisfied with the treatment strategy offered by hospital and doctor checkup. Also, majority of the patient included in patient belonged to Bagmati province. We didn’t observe any significant association between gender of patient and nursing politeness. Also, it reveals patient satisfaction towards the respect and courtesy offered by healthcare worker and their behavior was found to be highly associated with patient satisfaction. The study concludes that most of the patient tends to have satisfaction regarding treatment services. However, still some have dissatisfaction regarding services so it is recommended that there is need of spreading awareness regarding COVID19 to the patient, providing proper training to health personnel and developing interactive communication between patient and health staffs.
